- Source and Scope of Use
- 1.1 Skoolara is an All-in-One School Management Software for all school levels, covering student data management, communication with parents, scheduling, attendance tracking, and online payments.
- 1.2 This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect the personal data of system users, including administrators, teachers, personnel, students, and parents, who use our services via the website and/or mobile application.
- 1.3 'Personal Data' means information that can identify an individual, either directly or indirectly, in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

- 2.1 Types of data that may be collected include:
- - User Account Information: such as name–surname, email, phone number, system role (administrator/teacher/parent/student).
- - Student Data: such as student ID, class/grade, attendance history, academic results, learning materials, profile pictures.
- - Parent/Guardian Data: such as name, relationship to the student, phone number, and contact methods, for school–home communication.
- - Payment Data: such as tuition/fee payment records, payment status, proof of payment (we do not store full card numbers—card data is processed by standard-compliant payment service providers).
- - System Usage Data: such as access logs, device/browser information, IP address, cookies/pixels/trackers, for improving user experience.
- 2.2 We may receive data directly from your school (e.g., student data import files) or from users who fill out forms for registration, login, via the app, or through APIs integrated by the school with Skoolara.
- 2.1 Types of data that may be collected include:

- 3.1 To provide school system services, such as scheduling, attendance checking, grade management, announcement communication, and report generation.
- 3.2 Online payments, to facilitate tuition/activity fee payments through payment service providers with security standards.
- 3.3 Communication, sending necessary notifications/updates to users.
- 3.4 Improving service quality and security, analyzing usage, preventing fraud, and maintaining system security.
- 3.5 Legal Bases include performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, and/or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

- 4.1 We use cookies/analytics tools to remember settings, measure performance, and improve the user experience.
- 4.2 Users can configure their browsers to refuse cookies; however, some functions may not operate fully.
